Riggs Australia
The Riggs Australia team are driven by a passion to showcase the natural beauty of our world and the extraordinary creatures that inhabit it.
It started with tiger sharks, dugong, turtles and seasnakes; bull sharks and crocodiles came next; followed by leopard seals, great white sharks and killer whales. Any animal that's challenging and challenging to share space with, they've probably filmed it!
They're not just intrigued by the ocean realm - echidnas, kangaroos, honey possums, bandicoots, birdlife, reptiles and insects all share screen time in our documentaries.

Dave Riggs
Dave specialises in the action shots - fast paced, in-your-face, raw natural history and building unique filming platforms on which to mount his cameras. He captures unique footage through the use of remote imaging systems such as aerial drones, drop/tow cameras, GPS equipped "drift-cameras" and Remotely operated underwater vehicles (ROV's).
He thrives on the challenge of designing novel pieces of equipment to obtain imagery of animals and locations from new and exciting perspectives. Getting the shot without disturbing the natural behaviour of the animal is what drives Dave to explore and expand upon existing technologies.
Most recently Dave was on screen, in 'Super
Predator'. This ground breaking documentary released on Discovery Channel's Shark Week in 2015 followed the story of a great white shark which was eaten by a mysterious creature of the deep.
